WHAT IS HEALTH COACHING?
Health Coaching provides you with the support and guidance that you need in order to make BIG changes in your life. I will talk more about it as we go.
MY VIEW ON THE CURRENT STATUS OF WOMEN’S HEALTH
Society has changed a lot in the past 20 year’s, it’s getting faster and faster and faster. It’s also getting particularly difficult for women. We are now working much longer hours, not only are we working more we are also:
- raising families
- starting side businesses
- going back to university to do more study
- changing careers
- trying to keep + maintain friendships, marriages, relationships
- keeping youthful
- keeping the house spotless
- having the newest gadgets
- keeping up with the latest fashion
……..and balancing all this whilst trying to exercise, keep fit, eat well and ARRGGGGHHH!
We women basically want to have it all, however something has to got to give when we live like this and the first thing is usually our health. It sneaks up on us slowly and then……BAM……we are out of shape, stressed, tired, sick, depressed, anxious and totally over it!
Most women in the modern world are struggling and feeling overwhelmed. We are struggling with lack of time, constant work pressure and many of us are encountering health problems like:
- Chronic stress
- Anxiety + depression
- Adrenal Fatigue
- Addictions with sugar, alcohol, drugs, cigarettes + coffee
- Constant and severe Illness
- Digestive issues
- Weight Gain
- Food intolerances and allergies
We have so many fears about our health………
- I will get really sick
- Stress is going to consume me
- I will never feel happy
- I am putting on weight
- I drink too much
- My anxiety will never go away
- I am tired and overwhelmed
- I can’t change
- My life will be mediocre
- I have really bad habits
- I will never reach my goals
- I can’t slow down
- I eat too much sugar and junk food
- I feel so unattractive
The fears consume us and stop us from living the life we dream of. This is where I step in as a Health Coach………..
My ultimate goal is to help you achieve your ultimate health – that is my fundamental intention. I understand where you are at as I have been there and have struggled with it myself!
This is not just about nutrition, this is about your whole mind, body, spirit connection.
MY BACKGROUND + EXPERTISE IN HEALTH
- In July 2014 I graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a Holistic Health Coach.
- I am a degree qualified Exercise Physiologist
- I spend my spare time immersing myself with reading and researching anything to do with health
- Health + Wellness is my PASSION
Whilst studying to be a Holistic Health Coach I discovered a VERY powerful side to health (compared to studying health at university which is very science focussed). Holistic Health takes the stance that the MIND, BODY + SPIRIT are all connected – therefore if we feel unwell, get sick, are not feeling “ourselves” it’s usually due to misalignment in either one or more of these areas.
“The body can heal itself by itself given half the chance”. I believe that once we truly manage to LISTEN TO WHAT OUR BODIES ARE TELLING US we will then be able to adjust our lifestyles accordingly and hopefully avoid sickness – both mentally and physically. I believe that as people improve their health, they become empowered to pursue the life of their dreams – the life they came here to live.
The majority of us want to feel energised, fulfilled, well, happy, healed and free and am sure you do as well!!!

HOW DO YOU START?
First up we will have a 30 minute FREE health consultation (valued at $150).
This will help me get an idea of where you are at and then we can determine what kind of goals you would like to achieve on your wellness journey.
3 month program | 6 sessions = $250 a month
- 6 x 1 hour coaching session – these will be via Skype (or face to face if you live in Perth)
- Contact with me at any time in between sessions via email (or text message) with any questions, concerns or great things you have achieved
